Adult Flag Football Leagues 

TEAMWORKS Somerset is happy to offer both 8v8 AND 5v5 Flag Football.  Our 8v8 Flag League, available on Tuesday nights, is more of a traditional game with both passing and running of the ball.  The 5v5 leagues, running on Monday and Wednesday nights, are more of a passing game, with lineman eligible.  Call TEAMWORKS today to register your team.  GET IN THE GAME!!

NEW THIS FALL:  Men's 30+ 8v8 Flag Football!! 

If you're looking to get in the game and want to compete with players your own age, this is the league FOR YOU!!  Our new Men's 30+ Flag League will run on Tuesday and Thursday nights.  Players must be 30+, with each team allowed to roster one 28+ year-old and one 29+ year-old.
