WELCOME TO OUR NEW MEMBERSHIP REWARDS PROGRAM
FOR TEAM CAPTAINS/COACHES
As a team captain/coach, you are now eligible for TEAMWORKS Membership Rewards, which is our way to say thank you to our loyal customers. For every dollar spent towards a league, rewards points will be added to your account. When redeemed, points can be applied to another league fee, birthday parties, summer camps, and more!
- Points will be credited to your account seven days after your invoice has been paid-in-full.
- Rewards points are doubled if your invoice is paid-in-full at least one week prior to your first game.
- In the instance of a forfeit, points will be deducted from the forfeiting team's account and awarded to the account of the team that did not forfeit.
- No points will be awarded if you have an outstanding balance.
- No points will be awarded if your invoice isn't paid-in-full within the proper payment schedule.
- Points cannot be awarded or redeemed for memberships, fines, referee fees and/or products.
- Point guidelines and redemption policies are subject to change.
- All points expire after 24 months.

2,500 points= $25
5,000 points= $50
7,500 points= $75
10,000 points= $100
For programs and leagues starting:
April-September
1,000 points= $25
2,000 points= $50
3,000 points= $75
4,000 points= $100
